Good benefits. Extensive training opportunities. Solid overall mission in how it's carried out for members. Good work/life balance

Cons

Very political. Good ole boys network. Good training program for entry and secondary level but training and support for management is poor. Expectations are at times too high considering a poor staffing model to adjust for PTO, Openings, and industry trends. Mission statement is lost between top management and sr vp level in how to relate that to employees
