Pros

Working around schedule with kids and doctors appointments, hasving hour lunch

Cons

Management acting like highschool clique with other employees. Some people being able to leave early or call in due to illness or family problems and some people getting fired/in trouble for it.

Pros

If you consider never being engaged by upper level management and only communicated to when you under perform a pro, then that's it.

Cons

Highest rate of employee turn over in any company I've seen through my 25 year career in healthcare. CEO sends out derogatory, vulgar emails when employees under perform but provides zero initiatives, marketing plans, or direction period. Marketing, technology and product all from circa 1980's and never get updated. Human resources are at a minimum due to constant turnover. No access to financial resources to implement new ideas or initiatives, this team rejects change. Core executives are what hold this company back with dated their attitudes and practices. Also recommend obtaining a labour lawyer after your certain departure, they take this personally.
