The people are wonderful Most of the jobs are fully remote They want to help you learn and grow and advance your career, not just their profit margin

Pros

The people at Truno are great. Great culture, leadership, and mission. Enjoyed the flexibility and autonomy as a developer

Cons

Benefits - Healthcare coverage was abysmal, especially with a family to care for. Bonuses were also subpar for the field. Funding and distribution of "bonus pool" led to a lot of unkempt promises.
