      Fun place to work, but they don't know how to run a company yet.

      Pros

      Open, pet friendly office. You get to sit along with the CEO and major managers. They have fun, team building activities and events in the office. Pay is actually decent.

      Cons

      Newer company that just went public so they are still trying to figure things out. Things change constantly and you get no say over it. Very unpredictable leads and decisions.

      Pros

      Hard work is generally rewarded and opportunities for advancement are abundant, especially with how fast the company is growing. Executives are accessible and the CEO will definitely know your name and talk to you through your tenure.

      Cons

      The dogs in the office are wonderful, but it is easy to get distracted as they interact or are just being adorable, especially with the open floor plan.

      Pros

      Relax and casual environment. Cats and dogs running around the office. Supportive management that is very passionate about what they do. It was honestly one of the best jobs I've ever had.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't anything to rave about but it wasn't terrible either. The role of a data assistant can become very monotonous so make sure to bring some headphones so you can listen to music or books on tape.
