I've called trustaff home for almost 8 years. I went from part-time to full-time and have been elevated within the company during this time. I always feel appreciated which furthers my commitment to the company. Ownership is present in daily operations and knows their employees by name. We are a close-knit group of people who often feel more like family than co-workers. Leadership is innovative and consistently seeking ways to make us the leader in the industry.

Cons

Our success has lead to a lot of growth, which comes with growing pains, but that is more of a positive if you consider the big picture. Technology needs to be improved to better support the size of the company now.

felt little appreciation for accomplishments and hard work put in for the overall success of company by upper management. Slightly underpaid. Room for growth was minimal.
