In my opinion, trustaff is like a fraternity/sorority: if you play there game, then you’ll do fine! But make sure you get “in,” because if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re nothing but replaceable, and you’ll be treated differently. YOU HAVE TO PLAY THE GAME! Want that “slam dunk” amazing candidate that just randomly called in? Inner circle! But be careful! Even if you’re in, or should I say THINK you’re in, without warning, the switch can be flipped! Also, once you’re gone and enough time has gone by, you’ll see the one that let you go snooping around on social media, checking in, making sure you’re doing alright so they can (possibly???) stop feeling guilty about letting you go…

Felt like a complete scam of a company.
