      Lead distribution is very unrealistic. Recruiters have to work 24/7 in order to get 1. Ingenovis has removed all of Trustaff’s original management team to implement their policies from fastaff. Bleeding money as they build the online tools to completely micromanage. HQ’s management team is hardly ever in the office and offers nothing for morale building in a tough market. Highly recommend to look elsewhere where you will be valued
