Pros
- Maternity/Paternity leave is pretty nice but it takes a year of service before it applies - If you are good at and enjoy brown-nosing your supervisor or enjoy getting yelled at by other employees
Cons
- Pay is behind the curve for the amount of work you are expected to do - A lot of employees get away with murder because they are mean/difficult to deal with - Management doesn't even pretend to care about anything but their bottom line - Benefits package is pretty bad - No one knows what is going on and management likes to make arbitrary changes - Almost no upward career trajectory - They like to claim they have a great culture but it falls really flat - There is a pay ceiling for admins with no chance for performance bonuses so it doesn't matter how well you do your job you will get paid the same as the person next to you who doesn't do any work
