The sales position gives potential to make great money, management does not micromanage sales reps and many incentives are given to keep sales reps motivated. Hard work pays off! The company, as a whole, provides a casual fun environment. They offer free monthly lunches, company incentives that promote team work, a salon for free haircuts, free massages, game room and a zen room to unwind. They have a special events committee that create fun events (cooking and baking contests, costume contests and lip sync contests to name just a few). Great people working together makes it easy to get up every day and give my best to a great company who genuinely care about their employees.
