      trustaff is a truly unique place to work that genuinely feels more like a growing family than an "employer." trustaff has high expectations of their people but rewards those that have a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm, innate drive and a positive attitude. If you want a career vs. another job, if you have an eagerness to learn and grow and bust it, you will succeed here. I highly recommend trustaff to anyone looking for a career in a rapidly growing industry with a company that's going places...

      Pros

      While trustaff is a great company to work for as a whole, I am partial to the Account Management Department. While working any sales role can be stressful, I consider the group of Account Managers I work with to be family. We are a great team together who love to celebrate everyone's success. We have a team model in this department which helps with training, escalation points, and team building. Whether you are looking for a role in sales, admin, accounting, ect trustaff is great at finding the right role for each person that comes to the company. We have amazing perks here as well a salon, massage therapist, game room, catered lunches ect... If you're looking to further your career in healthcare, or are just looking for a change, give trustaff a shot!

      Being in a sales role is always stressful. We do encounter things out of our control which can be hard at times.
