Pros

Run your own desk, no micro management style. Director's help you out. VP give's her time to you- when needed. Family owned. A place where you can make some real money.

Cons

PTO not a lot - but if you stay longer -they definitely make up.

Expensive benefits, need to restructure the PTO/Sick time plan, no short term disability options, AFLAC, etc. No maternity or paternity benefits
