      Opportunity for advancement, training, business casual dress code, job security, coworkers, nice work space

      Parking - not enough spots, but will be resolved when we move to the new building.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working for this company. Unfortunately, when you begin employment here, you are completely sold on it. After the dust has settled, you really see what the management is like.

      There isn't enough time in the day to list the cons of this company. When there is an opportunity to screw their employee over, they will jump at any chance they can get.

      Great immediate manager, fun environment, enjoyable co-workers

      Cons

      felt little appreciation for accomplishments and hard work put in for the overall success of company by upper management. Slightly underpaid. Room for growth was minimal.
