      Pros

      The hourly rate of pay is decent and the office was very neat and clean. Opportunity for internal advancement.

      Cons

      Absolutely no structure, favoritism is shown to certain employees, and the training is horrible.

      Trustaff turns good recruiters into great recruiters with their state-of-the-art electronics, top administrative support and great leadership.

      Cons

      It is tough to leave the office when you can make money so easily after-hours with all the electronic recruiting tools

      Pros

      Food trucks in the summer. Monthly activities although it doesn't try to get people together from different departments.

      Cons

      Communication is very poor. Too many managers and not a single leader. Nepotism. Too much gossip and negativity in the office. No management training. Little to no opportunities to advance. Very strict environment with no talking or socializing to get to know coworkers. No accountability. Poor training for the job.
