Low pay, low travel pay. As an ABM you travel constantly from one branch to another. Most weeks you are in 3 or 4 different branches and never scheduled in the same place for more then a day. They are an "at will" employer who will let you go for no reason with no warning. I could go on for hours but I'm done wasting my time.

As many others have described, the company is truly a bad one to work for in so many ways. For the sake of brevity I'll just mention a few; Terrible training Obsolete technology Incredible turnover (with all the associated problems it creates) Poor morale among the vast majority of staff Difficult customers (due to the poor banking experience they receive) Staff scheduling difficulties A generally regressive work atmosphere A complete lack of caring for all but a very small percentage of workers Poor hiring practices (placing employees in positions their ill suited for) OK, that was more than a few, but it is hard to refrain from listing just how backward this company's operations are.
