Easy "in" to banking, little experience required Good resume builder for jobs at other companies Some great customers and employees

Cons

Terrible pay (lowest in the industry), which leads to high turnover Technologically outdated Managers have little flexibility Outdated systems cause unnecessary delays and frustrate customers Very rigid fee policies leave little room for managers to heed reasonable customer requests

Pros

Only one I can think of is the nice people you work with.

Cons

They try to bully you, adjust your time sheet to make sure you only get 40 hours. Always short handed, so you have to do the work of 2 or more people. They say they give bonuses if you pass your shops but always find a reason to fail you.

I have to say that my co-workers and a majority of the customers were really great and made the job fun.

Cons

Honestly, everything else is negative. There's nothing I can say that has not already been said by other people. It would just be redundant.
