      Not a busy banking institution, so the work was easy and not stressful.

      This I a smaller bank so they have more competitive products so it makes the job easier. The potential for growth is dependent on you, I went from a part time teller to a Branch Manager in two years. So you learn the industry and convert to a larger institution or stay and continue to grow. They have great discounted rates for employees, as well as CD benefits. You leave early on Tuesdays.

      Cons

      With it being a smaller bank its a slow place work environment. The goals are obtainable but depending on your branch you may have to outsource to different areas for leads. The pay matches pace of the environment, but the bonuses can make up for that as a manager.
