Cons

Speaking as someone who only worked in the New York branches, there is a severe lack of communication between Albany (headquarters) and the rest of the branches (downstate)

Fairly simple tasks, opportunity to learn about banking software if you are looking to move up in the ranks

Cons

Must also act as customer service. Calls are usually angry customers. Other departments and branches usually pass customers to this department.
