- Flexible work hours - Ability to transfer to other departments - They often promote from within the organization

Cons

- Extremely low pay as compared to other bank teller positions - Satisfaction with work place very dependent on branch manager - Often unprofessional environment with constant bickering and hostile interactions amongst staff - upper management turns blind eye to this, staff are made to resolve disputes internally further adding toxic work environment - Extremely high staff turn-over

Great way to get experience in the banking industry. They will hire anybody with a pulse to be an assistant manager. They definitely promote from within. Great hours.

Cons

Training is subpar. Teller system is super outdated. No commission or bonuses for assistant managers for closing loans.
