      Pros

      The pros are that the management is fantastic and understanding in the department there. They are really knowledgeable and friendly people. The flexibility of the role it is a hybrid role. I also enjoy that it is not so much of a strict work place.

      Cons

      The cons are that the company is very dated. It is not a forward thinking company. Everyone is caught up in doing things one way and most new ideas are cast to the side. Even if you are educated in that field and know things you will be treated as though your knowledge is invalid.
