Pros

There are no pros, if you want a lazy job that gives no real benefits then trustmark is the company for you

Cons

Low pay, pay for insurance, micromanagement and unnecessary traveling. They will have you doing stuff that isn’t on the job description. For example I signed up to be a relationship banker 1 at one of the branches and they still made me travel even with them saying traveling wasn’t included. The pay is 16/hr and even if you ask for a raise they won’t give it. 16/hr in this economy isn’t livable and they should do better. I also want to point out how unfairly POC employees are discriminated against here. If you are introverted and wish to do your job in peace, they will hassle you and tell you, you have an attitude and micro analyze you. I DONT recommend this job. The pay and the work standard don’t match
