Not stuck behind a desk 24-7. Ability to attend networking events in the community.

Cons

If you’re new to the business too much demand/pressure is put on you to “bring business in, bring business in!” 100% commission and you can go into the hole....sometimes a lot. If you call out sick, you better be dead or dying.

-If you work in downtown Jackson there is a cafeteria, health clinic, coffee shop, dry cleaner, and bank at the corporate office -It has a small business feel but is a big enough organization to provide good compensation and benefits -There is a lot of room for growth at the corporate office

Cons

-Most people that work downtown have to pay for a parking spot
