The benefits are high and the management is various areas could use a lot of work. Jobs advancements are limited and the compensation is LOW.

Good people at the local level, true community bank in terms of autonomy and authoprity

Cons

No salary increase for 5 years, no bonus, no incentive, employee share of benefits increased almost every year. Executive leadership was over matched with the task of running a large multiple state community bank.
