      Pros

      Theres very few, sign on bonus was nice but that was it.

      Cons

      -I was told I would get tution reimibursement for college classes, never got it. -If there was ever a problem that needed to be reviewed very little if any action was ever taken

      Pros

      The hours are nice. Departments outside of the branches are paid well and treated well.

      Cons

      Pay for branch employees is very low based on the amount of jobs a single employee is responsible for. Raises aren’t close to keeping up with the rise in cost of living and do not reflect the work done by an employee. Branches are understaffed due to upper management not allowing anyone to be hired. Training is minimal to non existent, but goals and expectations are high and the employee is held responsible for these things.
