      Great people with a friendly culture.

      Cons

      Trustmark is stuck in the past. Work environment is slow and gloomy. People at the main office are almost robotic in their daily tasks.

      This would be a great job for those looking to get their first job into banking. Very slow pace.

      Cons

      The pay is kind of low, wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like to travel or you’re used to working in busy banking establishments.
