Mobility

Pros

The 6 percent 401k match.

Cons

The executive level pushes the narrative of internal mobility, but HR asks current supervisors for permission to promote their team members to another office or department. Obviously a productive hard to replace team member has no chance at promotions to other offices. Trustmark avoids giving some administrative titles that mirror other banks, calling them "administrative assistant" instead, this limits mobility outside the bank for those employees.

Cons

Slow to adapt technology. May sometimes be a little too conservative in lending.
