Not to jinx myself, but this is one company that is not afraid of remote work. Yes, there are still those that require it, but they are few and far between. The bosses are understanding when life happens, and as long as you're honest and fair with them, they will be the same to you.

Cons

Their data situation is a cluster. They're working on it, but it's like climbing Everest in gym shorts and a t-shirt.
