Decent job

Pros

The pay and benefits are good, and there’s normally a decent amount of opportunities to move up.

Cons

They let people in management get away with so much. I experienced a lot of verbal abuse from a supervisor on the job that was aimed at myself and a coworker. We went to HR and management about it and my coworker was moved at her request to go back on retail. I was stuck there and when I tried to move to other branches that supervisor talked negatively about me to the managers at other branches so that I never got the job. At the end I felt pretty forced to quit for the sake of my mental health.
