Pros

Experience - very hands on, seniors typically are trusting of your work. Benefits for full time employees are above average The culture is amazing; almost feels like a second family

Cons

The corporate infrastructure is outdated, a lot of the leadership is starting to age out. Some regions are ahead of the rest of the bank, but are not recognized enough for their individual achievements. Pay is below industry average, even when accounting for CoL.
