Great mobility. If you don't like your position, and you are working to acquire other skills, getting a different job within Trustmark is not hard.

Cons

No parking provided, which can be huge, especially since is in downtown Jackson. The environment can be a little bit old-fashioned. Like it's better if you play golf and are part of the "club."

The most politically correct company I have ever worked for! The Houston mgt team are a bunch of "loons" The culture is the worst I have ever seen.

Cons

They have people in positions that don't know what they are doing. The lady over consumer in Houston is clueless and has very little lending experience. I have never seen a company that has such a nasty culture and treats employees with such disrespect. I would stay clear of this company if you are in consumer, commercial, and in management . - there are far too many choices in Houston. The company has divested themselves of assets and is desperate.
