Pros

Large bank with community bank atmosphere. Well staffed in comparison to other banks and very little turnover. Company structure creates accessibility to management and gives market leaders authority to make judgment calls (hence the community atmosphere). Goals are pragmatic; incentive program integrates both sales production and service ratings. Extensive selection of loan products and relatively fast turn around. Overall a great place to work, and a great place to do your banking.

Cons

Training and information resources could use some revamping. Manuals leave much for interpretation. Incentives aren’t much to brag about (that’s also what you get when there’s not an exaggerated focus on sales).
