Pros

Trustmark is one of the few local banks remaining in Mississippi. It has very friendly associates to work with.

Cons

There is a tendency to expect employees to wear several hats.

Pros

Wonderful people to work with. Some managers seem to care and want to help you succeed.

Cons

Very management top heavy. Not very many young executives. Divisions operate in secluded silos from each other. Small window of time only offered to take your family to the doctor or yourself before they start deducting time from your sick leave.
