Pros

Competitive salary Hybrid work schedule People are nice

Cons

Benefits could be better No holiday bonuses Hybrid really isn't necessary for non-customer facing positions; should be allowed to work fully-remote but aren't The parking situation in Jackson is meh. Negotiate at least $1K extra to cover your parking costs per year (they don't pay for it). The compliance department seems like it's still getting its feet underneath it, which is surprising for a bank of their size.
