Pros

Convenient location off of I-94.

Cons

No one in sales or marketing stays longer than a year or two. Revolving door. HR department is very political. People are fired based upon "situational nothings." Volatile. I do not recommend working here.

Pros

Big organization; lots of opportunities; Great benefits; Kind people; Positive work environment; great training. The office environment is formal, yet supervisors will allow you to throw in your headphones and crank out on work. It helps to keep you in the zone.

Cons

The corporate bureaucracy can get frustrating at times, and this particular position becomes repetitive quickly, meaning that those who like to be challenged daily could grow bored after several months.

Pros

Good people at the local level, true community bank in terms of autonomy and authoprity

Cons

No salary increase for 5 years, no bonus, no incentive, employee share of benefits increased almost every year. Executive leadership was over matched with the task of running a large multiple state community bank.
