Pros

Good hours. Decent pay. Everyone was very pleasant and cordial. Initial paid training was quite boring. Overall not a bad experience, though.

Cons

Obviously they are a bank. There is a certain degree of bank attire required. Women have to wear hosiery. In Mississippi that is a drawback.

Pros

Job security will not be a problem for tellers.

Cons

It's not what you know it's WHO you know!!!! In other words don't expect to move up with this company unless you're BFF with someone in HR.
