Trustmark retained almost all the employee's.

Cons

low salary, does not listen well and act upon exit interviews from people who have left the company. Does not get to know employee's after take over.

Pros

No stress, very laid back type of environment. Nobody beating you up for sales because it is no sales. Good place to learn banking.

Cons

I didnt have to many problems at the bank, but the only thing is that when it comes time to do an interview make sure you know the right people.
