Employees are a number. More a bank than a credit union. Upper mgmt do not go to branches to visit. Branch mgrs are off golfing or trying to beat you in sales goals.

Great teammates Benefits are excellent Learned a lot about the industry and specific field Team environment

Cons

Upper management wasn't willing to listen to suggestions or concerns Salary was good at first, but should have been compensated more highly later Had to be in a union while some others didn't, union was a big drawback because we had to follow their rules
