Truveris so far is a great company to work for from every aspect that's been exposed to me so far. Incredibly nice and knowledge staff and excellent employee benefits, along with upward mobility. I personally know a number of employees that started in one position and moved to different areas of the company that interested them within a brief period of time. Truveris is also very high tech, employing wide variety of technologies available to their employees. Despite some previous reviews being negative in relation to management, I personally have experienced the total opposite of their claims - management is very open to changes, discussions and employee happiness from what I have seen so far. Also in relation to high turnover - I would say it's probably no higher than peer companies, but from my experience the turnover happened only when people were unable to perform or fulfill their tasks. Same outcome would occur wherever they would work in this situation.
