Unlimited PTO, Decent pay .....

Cons

Management that doesn't know quite how to "manage" and trending annual mass terminations/layoffs. Better off elsewhere......

Incredible Opportunity to Learn and Grow

Pros

Everything from the interview process to onboarding to support received from the HR team in the past year has been incredible. This has been my best experience in the workforce, even though this is my 3rd job out of college it doesn't come close to my other gigs. Awesome benefits, smart colleagues and a great place to grow and hone in on my skills.

Cons

None that I can think of, except maybe sometimes the company is too lenient with folks who are not pulling their weight.
