Pros

Great place to be. I have been here 18 months and got promoted. We have a collaborative and respectful culture that has been a refreshing wave since mid last year. I have found a new work home. I referred a friend who was hired. My manager and team are great.

Cons

We need more workspace at corporate office. Sometimes it is too fast paced yet I have good work life balance being remote.
