The pay is good but not worth it.
Cons
- pto was listed as unlimited and then capped at 15 days (and much ado to get it) - weak, insecure leaders that micromanage relentlessly - the work is very unsatisfying - cronyism among the leadership leaves very little avenue for employees to report issues, leadership gets defensive of their own (many have been friends in various companies for a long time) - apparently they screen track your productivity, I did not experience this directly but heard about it from many coworkers - much turnover via firings/layoffs and people just being fed up and leaving - not a profitable company - also several employees are used basically as spies from leadership to collect gossip and then share that Intel with leadership. Trust no one. Worst job I've ever had. Save yourself!
