The non-executive people are down to earth and are fun to work with

Cons

Upper management clearly does not have the company’s interests in mind and only want to fatten their pockets. Namely the CEO, temporary CTO, and newly appointed CTO. Results are prioritized and the products are left as hunks of trash that no one can clean up since the engineering team have dwindled and they’re focused on new features instead of good practice. Sudden layoffs, lack of transparency despite raving about transparency, and buzz words in place of actionable items.

Smart people, a lot more committed. Finally a real product and tech approach. YOY growth. Mgmt seems to support employees with personal situations.

Cons

Not all people and groups work well together yet. Unclear how they plan to scale in certain areas. Some people complain and drag feet no matter what, even when they don't know what they're talking about, as shown in other reviews. For those that are committed, could use more discussion of career planning and advancement.
