Exciting and fast-paced environment. Employees have the ability to make decisions for themselves in real time. No micro-managing. The employee base is smart, hard-working, and energetic. A great place for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit!

Cons

Must be energized by an environment that changes frequently. There is no room for ego or self-centered work.
