      Pros

      Remote, but only for some. Many talented people.

      Cons

      Company split into 2 cults: exMicrosoft and everyone else. Heard awful things about some teams: extreme micromanagement culture and managers being hypocrites. Unless you are always lucky rolling the dice, stay away and save your mental wellbeing.

      Mission driven work; remote capabilities to work when and where you need

      Cons

      Leadership team has no experience in health or health care; management styles at almost all levels is very similar to early 2000s Microsoft where white men reign and criticism is harsh if the party line is not followed; Product has had massive turn over in leadership which is very disconcerting seeing how we are selling a product; many tout transparency when everything is shrouded in secrecy or misinformation; for my female colleagues BEST of luck

      Truveta needs a culture shift

      Pros

      Impact in healthcare. Good coworkers exist, but they're not happy.

      Cons

      CTO seems good but some of his direct reports drive away good talent. Bad attitudes and nasty politics from 3-4 leaders makes everyone lives worse. Product has been a complete mess since I got here. Engineering overrides Product plans every milestone (6-month planning increment). This leads to so much confusion and missed deadlines.
