      Pros

      A company with a somewhat stable future. Catalog of products is always expanding, thus solidifying its future. Seldom to people get fired unless they steal.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is terrible. Very erratic schedule. Over Managed and understaffed. No appreciation for workers. Nepotism and favoritism play a large role in advancement.

      Pros

      Company was great starting out but has changed over the three years I've been employed here. WIth an older workforce that they have many people are retiring which creates a few job opportunities a couple times a month.

      Cons

      Unbalanced work load between salesmen and merandisers. Merchandising is the only postion that handles the product and does not recieve commison. Upper management pushes sales and profit over enviromental, safety, and social responsibility.
