Toxic managers do exist, low pay for San Diego's living standard

"I worked for TuSimple for six months, and it was a terrible experience. The management was disorganized and unresponsive to employee concerns. There was no clear direction or strategy, and projects were constantly changing or abandoned altogether. The workload was overwhelming, and there was no work-life balance. The pay was below market average, and there were no opportunities for growth or advancement. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a fulfilling career."
