      Benefits and co-workers, pay. Some managers are good.

      Cons

      Some of the management is so bad to the point you start to hate the place. Management play favorites and favorites are the only to move up whether the person is good at a position or not. Constant changing environment that no one really knows what is going on from one day to the next. The training is a joke, unorganized, and sets you up for failure.
