      Pros

      Solid team but everyone is underpaid except the GM and higher level management.

      Cons

      Sweat shop and the company uses too many different software systems that aren’t working properly. Inventory was always a mess which it was the system for not using enough inventory per shed. Employees were blamed.

      -Busy season is very busy in Chicago -Lots of new technology and changes to IT overall
