      Pros

      Tuff Shed has given me the opportunity to move up the ladder with out a college degree.What other company out here would take the time to develop Leaders.That’s not all they have great benefits like there 401k and there ESOP program as well as insurance.

      Cons

      The downside to the company I can‘t think of one but in my store it would have to be that our facility is to small and we have out grown it.

      Pros

      The best thing about this company is the culture and the opportunity to move up from any position. Many current employees have started on the shop floor and worked all the way up to major roles in the company. The company leadership has a great respect and care for all of Tuff Shed employees and strive to make the company better without taking shortcuts that in most companies effect employees. The amount of experience with all aspects of business that can be gained is limitless no matter the position or experience level. I truly love working for the company and the people at Tuff Shed!

      At times the work loads can be inconsistent.
