-Over worked and under appreciated. Reminds you that you "can be replaced"
-Company doesn't support staff. Functions off of "figure it out' logic but will hold you responsible if you don't.
-Company lied to employees DURING pandemic about job security
-All they care about is money and will ask you to lie to customers to cover themselves
-Uses sub-contractors so there is little accountability on them
-Will ask employees to perform tasks they are under qualified to do or outside their job description. Will fire if you don't.
-Unstable and hectic business practices but sells that as their "work environment"
-Willing to hire undocumented employees for cheaper labor if they can get away with it
Would give a negative rating if possible. Passed up on other opportunities for this job only to regret it for MANY REASONS later. Don't get trapped in by the sweet talk or the pay.
