      Great entry level job

      Pros

      Entry level and easy learn. You will learn many things and do different tasks. You don't need to bring tools. They provide training and tools for you to use. Same location and work indoor all year around. Potential bonus! Definitely nice to have it only if you reduce waste and get thing done on time.

      Cons

      Time management, you need to finish your tasks before shop close. Team sometimes will forget to communicate about something. Hours not always guaranteed. Often will work 6-8 hours. In summer season, you will have most overtime. It depends on how much sheds they will build.

Time management and communication is important in this environment because it will have an effect on production goals.       Pros

      Tuff shed is a corporate company with a mom and pop owned feel. The company is very inclusive, and there are no secrets here. I started as a scheduler in 2017 and with the help and knowledge of the GM i was able to explore new avenues and promote within the company. Everyone is always super supportive, at the factory level and regional levels. I would definitely recommend working here

      Cons

      Challenges with technology. I feel the company is trying to move on with the times of new technology but it feels like it’s rushing to use new programs that aren’t beneficial to the type of work we do

      Thank you for your review. As you may know, keeping up with the fast pace of technology is a challenge for all of us, personally and professionally. Our IT team is working hard every day to keep up with demand and process improvements. Their tireless efforts are demonstrated each and every day. We have made such great stride in recent years and this effort will continue as our organization grows.
